ABOUT
Etching and color viscosity printing is at the core of my artistic practice. However, my approach is interdisciplinary – often incorporating elements from collage and found objects. The tension between my past job as an art director in an advertising agency and my present experience working as an artist with the slow process of viscosity printing – lay the foundation for much of my work as an artist. The past years I have built a living archive of leftovers from this process: Remnants, color samples, layers of ink, offprints and support materials. Through preserving these marks, I investigate how shifting systems, time, and technology affect what we consider valuable.
